About us

Intelligent Chimney Solutions (ICS) is a small, local family business operated by myself Neil and my wife Emma, based in the beautiful village of Hillington, Norfolk. I have been keeping Norfolk homes safe, warm and welcoming for over a decade with my chimney sweeping and stove installation services.

I am fully insured, registered with The Institute of Chimney Sweeps and an HETAS approved fitter. You will receive an installation certificate on completion of the work which is recognised by all leading insurance companies.

I only install DEFRA and ClearSky Level 3 and above approved stoves. These stoves go above and beyond the EcoDesign legislation that became law on the 1st January 2022 and adhere to the strictest of requirements for low emissions and high efficiency whilst also being a low carbon, environmentally friendly heating solution.

I take immense pride in my work and will not leave you with a mess, just a beautifully fitted stove! You can read what my customers have to say about my services on my Reviews page.

I travel within a 25-mile radius of PE31 6DP although further distances can be negotiated, please get in touch.
